本地4万8000名私召车司机中，有大约12%是女性，林美兰是其中之一。她爱值夜班，希望载送心情轻松的乘客，自己也不必承受太大压力。蔡长南有九年的私召车驾驶经验，除了开车，他也全年无休为行动不便的老人义务载送午餐饭盒。他说年轻时为出人头地而拼，现在想为他人而付出。德士师傅沈顺德19年前就已上过《星期二特写》的《好人好事》系列 。他如今别来无恙？多年载客生涯平凡中有精彩，他甚至在车里迎接过小生命！

来自大马的我刚开始做part time grab 司机 白天一到六做汽车装饰技工 二到六晚上9.30到1点半开grab 到了礼拜天休息天开整天 在开电召车时刻真的学到很多 遇到很多事情 感觉每天变得有趣多了 虽然一天工作大概13～15小时 但是乘37岁还年轻时尽力去冲吧

try eat less at midnight or skip dinner will be good for burn out beyond calories means body FAT Visceral FAT to keep life go longer. if not high blood pressure, diabetes ,high triglycerides, uric acid gout visit...because driver long hours sitting as driver and no time exercise. only way is skip dinner or 2 meals perday enough. because driver no go gym carry weight or working as heavy construction work no need so much calories. when hungry liver will burn out visceral FAT beyond energy glycogen as glucose. overeating refined carbohydrate rice, noodle flour foods and sugar insulin resistance.....after sick can't driving anymore. when age older and older must eat lesser and lesser...metabolism not like age 18 anymore. am from 90kg today 62kg to safe my high blood pressure, diabetes, high triglycerides and uric acid gout pain. gout pain cannot driving anymore legs pain how to as driver earn money? all those sick from insulin resistance and overeating calories is a key. overeating calories can unless go heavy weight gym everyday or heavy construction workers everyday t burn our extra calories.
