Thank you very much for your comment. Much appreciated. X-plane 11 does have a 3rd person view called "Chase" view. But it doesn't actually give you flight information such as speed, altitude, etc. Unless you are using a second monitor and your planes has a G1000 suite that can be moved to the second monitor. I also personally find it difficult to fly in 3rd person view though, hence why I seldom use it in my video's. I am currently trying to find new ways to record these more effectively.
