great video - can you maybe to do the next step now - do a very basic FMC - just from one airport to another airport and show us how it works using auto-pilot from take off and then how to do the landing using the LOC and APP. There is surprisingly no decent (& recent) video that shows this!!

So if you are flying the MODIFIED 737 by ZIBO or the new level up mod you need to have the aircraft flight straight and level and have flight director ON and have the purple horizontal and vertical lines right in the very tiny center square in the PFD (primary flight display) instrument, or the auto pilot will not engage and you will get the AP RST red indication and an audible alarm.

Vertical speed should never be used when climbing because you could stall if insufficient power is added for the requested climb rate. Using FLC when climbing guarantees you maintain the best airspeed (best rate or best angle, depending on the situation)

Thanks I didn't know the larger knob behind the heading one was for bank angle, that explains all my unexplained bank angles in random directions when trying to work it out lol

LNAV just means later nav, then you define if it will follow your NAV radios, or GPS (CDU)

My altitude is messed up. Once I reach cruise altitude I turn on altitude hold. It begins to fly at my required altitude, then the aircraft starts pitching (up and down) for no reason. Please help.

Having so many problems with mine. This makes it seem easy, and it is once you learn. But Ive used every AP in Flight Sim X for years, now in XP11 i feel a total noob again. Ive read It could possibly be the plugin for my Saitek Multi panel? Maybe someone can help me. Ill get right to it... On the multi panel, the AP light always flashes and works only sometimes. The hold buttons kick one off when i activate another. Useless. Unplugged the panel to try mouse clicks. Now on the 737, none of those functions work right. Change heading, no change. Change speed, nothing. Change side or center selector, now it goes into a crazy climb or stall. With 747, same problems, had the plane jumping up and down like a dolphin in the water. With my new Turbo Otter, worked decent at first, wont even work now. Where you Arm the ap, it has a red PR there and all the buttons are dead. Why? Idk, I may have to wipe my PC and all the memories of FSX and just start over. Just wondering if anyone else has had any of these issues. Thanks XCHECK for another good video anyway, as always l.
