Due to the poor VR optimization of XP12 I've capped my frames at 36. Inside the headset this is acceptable.

Are you using DLSS? iam getting terrible experience with my meta quest3 in FS2020 , but my GPU isnt that good, is a RTX 4060ti.

In XPlane you can't use DLSS at the moment. In MSFS I use DLSS v3.7.20 (latest) and it's very good. Check my MSFS vids.

No you can also use Quest Link but Virtual Desktop has more performance and you can push resolution higher.
