X-Plus 1/8 Metropolis Maschinenmensch

This video covers the unboxing, build and painting of the 1/8 iconic Maschinenmensch figure from the 1927 sci fi movie Metropolis. This kit is a great representation of the character from the film and is a fairly straight forward build.

Interesting point. I wonder if XPlus had to pay any licensing fees given the kit was released last year but Metropolis enters Public Domain this year? :)

The white residue is ipa and plastic mixing with water. I get the same thing when cleaning 3d resin prints with ipa and then rinsing in water. Cheers
