X-Sense STH55 | WLAN thermometer + hygrometer with long range

There are many reasons why you might want to monitor your house or apartment with a thermometer or hygrometer... to avoid mold, to simply keep an overview, to ensure sufficient humidity, a humidor, a cheese ripening box or a meat ripening refrigerator, to name just a few unusual things.
The great thing is that all of this can now be implemented digitally with alarms etc. In my opinion, however, many systems have one disadvantage: they rely on Bluetooth. This is different with today's product. With its thermo/hygrometer, X-Sense relies on WLAN with 2.4 GHz, which in many cases enables a significantly greater range. Of course, you can also call up the data remotely and set up an acoustic alarm via the SBS50 base station. All this is rounded off by Amazon Alexa functionality for easy querying of the values.
All in all, an interesting package in my opinion, which we want to take a look at in this short check.

Ja, darauf hat man in dem Fall vermutlich aus Kosten und Effizienzgründen verzichtet.

Stimmt, lustigerweise ist es einfacher separat sich sowas zu kaufen und dann nochmal billig für 15 Euro oder so 4 normale Anzeigedinger mit Display die eben sonst nichts können ^^ Aber ja wäre natürlich toller für 2-3 Euro mehr alles direkt zu haben...
