@@HeadwayDrive today I tried to replace AC compresor pulley, clutch and coil and failed. Now I'm watching your video again to see differences and all mistakes I made. My engine is higher, I couldnt put proper wrench into tensionner hole. Couldnt use proper puller on pulley. That is weird how your engine sits so low.

@@gurnug As I mentioned a little in the video, my vehicle is raising the ride height by adding a 4-inch block. So the engine is down 4 inches. I hope you can refer to this video to complete the repair.

このベルトはそこまで劣化しないように感じます。 ですが運転の仕方や海沿いなどの環境下でも変わってくるでしょう。 普段は6~7万kmでベルトのみの交換をしていましたが、20万km走行したのでオートテンショナー等も交換することにしました。

There's marks on the engine casing against the tensioner

Basically, the auto tensioner is replaced together with the belt, so it is difficult to judge when to replace it alone.

Even if the vehicle is the same, the performance will change if the engine is different. The MR20 engine has a simple structure, but I think it lacks power compared to the diesel M9R.

今までクランクダンパープーリーは破損したことがないので、交換もしておりません。 確かにグッと押すとグニっと歪むので心配にはなります。 エクストレイルの前は三菱エクリプスD32A/MTに乗っていました。エンジンはエボ３と同じ4G63。 このエンジンのクランクプーリーもダンパー機能を持たせるためにゴムが入っていました。 １２万キロほどで破損し内側と外側に分離して大変なことになったことを思い出しました。 駐車場でプーリー交換し元に戻りました。 当時よりも技術やゴムの品質が格段に向上していると思われるので、大丈夫だろうと思い込んでいます。そろそろ23万キロになりそうなので将来的には交換するでしょう。 私はベルト、オートテンショナー、ガイドプーリーセットを購入しましたが、心配なようでしたらクランクプーリーセットを購入する方が良いでしょう。 ご自身でメンテナンスする方はこのようなちょっとした箇所の疑問などに気づけるので、知識と技術の向上に繋がりますね。素晴らしいです。

The water pump itself is only fixed with three bolts. However, it cannot be removed unless the engine itself is removed from the vehicle.

@@khalifadamoussi3788 Even with a 4-inch block added like on my vehicle, I think you'd need to tilt the engine another 100mm to remove the water pump. With the engine in the normal position, you'd need to tilt the engine 200mm. Even if you remove the suspension and drive shaft, it's nearly impossible because of the suspension members.

この動画ですとウォーターポンプは左上です。 私の車両なら少しエンジンの右側をを下げれば外せると思いますが通常の車高の場合は難しいでしょう。 完全に隠れています。 ディーラーでは、エンジンを下して作業するかもしれません。 一部ロシアの方でエンジンを下げてジャッキで支えながら、交換をしている人がいますが、現実的ではないです。 私はまだウォーターポンプを交換したことはないので、未知です。 ディーラーと相談してみてください。

なんとも難しい相談ですね。 私のDNT31は2010年に新車購入し11年が経過、現在230,000kmです。 趣味の登山で山に行くことが多いので、ある程度の定期メンテナンス等を自分で行いながら今まで乗り続けてきました。 街乗りでしたらそこまで負担はかからないので、車検をしっかりと行えば致命的な故障はないと思います。 後期の最終年式は2014年くらいだったと思います。特に後期仕様のエンジンは私の前期より部品改善がされているようです。 このルノー製のエンジンはオイルが7ℓ入るので、オイル代が結構掛かります。 なので20ℓ缶を購入して自分で行っています。 細かくあれこれは説明できませんが、一つ言えるのは車両には個体差があるということ。 何年も壊れない車両があれば、数年で不具合がでる車両もある。 これはエクストレイルの限ったことではないですね。 ディーゼルに関わらず、T31はまだまだ人気があるので、朝の通勤時に10台ほどすれ違います。 T32も含めかなり多く走っています。 車両値段も走行距離や年式で、100万から200万くらいまで幅があります。 基本試乗ができるところは多くないので、自分の目で見て選ぶことになります。 購入の際は納得のできる車両を選べますように。

Hello San, after about 10 years now the reverse light sometime doesn't work, I have after market reverse camera installed also and sometime it is not triggered, do you ever experience the same problem? I suspect most likely the reverse sensor is the issue but I'm not very sure. If you have chance where to locate the sensor and doing some work on it please share the video. Arigato!

Isn't the back light bulb burned out? Is the back camera connected to the navigation? Checking the wiring again may solve the problem.

@@レオ-k9o オルタネーターのワンウェイクラッチプーリーのガタですかね。 私の車両もキュキュッ！と鳴る予兆が出始めました。 オルタネーター後ろ、ターミナルハーネスのナットは10.1m•n（1.0kgf•m） 取付けボルト2本は25m•n（2.6kgf•m）です。 オルタネーターの下の固定ボルトは抜く時にフレームに当たります。 エンジン側ブラケットにボルト避けスリットがあるので、そこにボルトが当たるまでオルタネーターをずらせば抜けるはずです。

私はまだ交換した事はないです。 M9Rエンジンのウォーターポンプは左上に付いています。 私の車両は4インチリフトアップしており、エンジンが下がっているので交換は可能かもしれませんが、通常のエンジン位置ですと困難かもしれません。 エンジンマウントのボルトを外しエンジンを下げる必要がありそうです。
