I assume you mean the base coat of the entire fighter, in which case I believe its Tamiya XF-2 White; or at least that's what flashes up on the screen briefly.

What was your reasoning for priming and painting the completed model and not the parts first? Seems like the areas between the wings would be a pain to paint properly when assembled. Also, what is the part at the ~7 minute mark? I'm assuming you're adding paint scratches by dipping some steel mesh into paint?
