How do you mix out of the box? I’ve done the DAW routing so I can control faders. How do I go about adding effects and printing them back into Pro Tools? A video would be helpful or a reply at the least. Thanks.

There's something I don't understand. I would usually use the mix buses for different monitors. Why does the mixer use it for effects? Let's say I have 5 musicians playing and 3 singers, and I want them all to have stereo IEMs. There are 16 outputs in the 32-channel stagebox. I'll need to use 16 outputs. How do I do this if mix buses 13-16 are being used for effects? Can someone please explain?

Okay, hoping you can shed some light for me. I have a female vocal on channel 12. She uses a P16M, and I want to drive effects into her P16, on her vocal, so she gets it all the time. I also want to be able to adjust it in or out of the mains when I want to. Can you please direct me correctly? Thanks.

Thank you for this, Behringer should give you a job! When recording to a daw how do I send the mix with effects inserted to the Daw? I seem to ge the dry signal only. cheers

Give the live stream the main effects and then route to a bus for your house (or vice versa) and return your vocals that way. The way he showed was for house first, then bus second with the returns.

Porta Inferi Hi! We are frequently asked about this believe it or not. This is the old version of the X32 offline editor. Unfortunately this is no longer available through Behringer. We also use another application called Mixing Station. Maybe take a look into that too!

I'm trying to send a little reverb to the headphones of a vocalist in the studio. Does this apply to pre fader where she hears the reverb but the verb is not recorded during a vocal take? Or I guess I'm asking how to make it pre fader in the headphones.

Don Taylor Hey Don! You can set up a new mix in the bus master section of the console, you can then route the dedicated reverb return and the dry vocal to that mix. Unfortunately if you set the new bus to be pre-fader then both the dry vocal and the dedicated reverb return will be pre-fader, same if you set it to post-fader. Another option would be to grab a P-16m personal mixer and have two individual lines sent to that unit. If you need any help please submit a ticket by going to support.zavasound.com!
