Lol, I've owned my '06 330ci since 2012, & I've never been able to open the glove compartment box! It's been locked from the day I bought it, & too scared to want to force it. I accidentally pushed too hard on the clock setting button (that little black nob sticking out of the plastic cover in front of the speedometer,) a year ago & somehow broke that. Haven't been able to set the clock since...lol, point of the story: I'm not pushing anything anymore!

Woah, I never knew there were spare fuses in there!! Is this the case on the e46 3 series? I've got a 2006 330ci, & mine's not blown, but it gets way too hot for me to be comfortable plugging my Samsung charger in it, especially when it never used to do that.

I thought it was the module that controls these function by prying out the window control box on the door but that didn't work. I wasn't sure where the fuse box was so I searched and found this video. It was a blown fuse. This was a great help. Thanks again!

Check the legend on your fuse box above the fuses. It's a 30 amp fuse. I believe it was the 5th or 6th from the right side. You will see in this video that there are 30 amp fuses in those locations . If one of them is burnt you will need to replace it. I actually had no power to the door lock, window and side mirror. Good luck.

My mode button on my receiver along with the button to set the clock aren't working. If I reset the fuses, do you think that can fix the functionality of the button? I was able to follow the adapter video and add the aux cable to the radio!! Thanks for that!

Hey Darian, I would assume if the rest of the radio buttons are still functioning that it's not a fuse issue. You may actually need to replace the radio if individual buttons have stopped functioning. Or there may be a possible repair if you have the patience to take it apart!

Fei, you may want to try picking up a new charger for your phone or mobile device if it is popping fuses in your X5

APPBURY locate the fuse box then look at the fuse box diagram & number fuse the locate yr seat fuse then see if it's damage.
