Cell Max is such a fun raid boss. I usually don't like raid bosses that much, but Cell Max I genuinely enjoy fighting. I can easily see myself replaying the Super Hero story mission a bunch of times just so I can fight Cell Max.

Same! Usually it's just super armor with peeler storm, but cell max makes you have to think about what you have to do instead of spamming ultimates. He's the most unique raid boss.

A lot of people keep saying that SSGBE is better and I'm like no shit. It just got buffed, so yeah it is but beast is still cool asf. People also say the animation is too long which is true but just hard stamina break ur opponent or equip gamma 2's SS and you're good. I overall love it and it's in the right step for new transformations.

speaking of the variety of races, i got a namekian cac in one of my raids and they decided to go giant and fight cell max head on and it was sick as fuck. they didnt even die that much i dont think

I can confirm beast is dangerously good. I Challenged the raid 4 times and was at 100,000 rank points thanks to the transformation.

Honestly. the update itself is a step in the right direction, but until the rest of the content (AKA Paid DLC Pack is going to come out) I cant say anything else to it sadly, except for the awoken skill itself, and the Raid Boss Cell Max. So, to break it down, Beast Mode: Fun as hell transformation. Nice meaty damage with a weakness. However, as a result of defense drop and frames of animation, its more of a gimmicky awoken like Blue and Royal Blue. With the right souls, you can make it work very well. Gamma 2's super soul, Broly's GAAAAH! Super Soul, Do Or Die + Fighting Pose K + Elder Kai Super Soul, etc. You name it! Ironically enough, i have made rather recently a Female Human CAC Angela and this awoken couldnt have come in any better time, in both the buff AND its design, as it works well with her design I made for her. So, its gets the pass in that regard lmao. As for Cell Max. Definitely the best raid boss thus far. The damage output maybe a bit ridiculous, but at least he makes sense to be this powerful, unlike regular cast character that has Ultra Armor slapped to them and stats that if visible on the stats screen, I would assume would be 10 times larger than the Hexagon Hud itself, or a mind control move spam every 5 seconds. Its annoying af, as that forces you to equip very quick damaging burst options, to rack up pitiful damage, so that you're forced to redo the raid twice as much... All in all, lets wait and see the Orange Piccolo pack in a month or so. Hopefully it will be just as good. ;D
