Hi there Shane. I have an X6 the same as yours. The batteries are poor quality. Depending on where you buy your drone it might be marked as 2Ah, 2.2Ah or 2.4Ah but I reckon all the batteries are around the 1.8Ah - 2Ah range. All three battery types measure and weigh the same! I only get about five minutes on my 2Ah and I dont use the camera. The camera and video transmitter use a substantial amount of power too. I am using the turnigy nanotech 2S 1.8Ah 70-100C batteries and they give me 7mins and dont get as hot as the blue battery. All the best mate. Phil

Hey everyone I also have the x183 x6 and new out of the box it came with 7.4v 2000mah batteries Average flight time without camera is 6 t0 6.5 minutes luckily I have 4x this size battery I managed to get a hold of 2 other size batteries 7.4v 2700mah and 7.4v 3000mah they both fit inside the battery bay with no issues The 2700mah battery gives me an average of upto 10 minutes The 3000mah battery gives me a nice average of upto 14 minutes much better and the drone is a lot more fun to fly now👍🏼 Both batteries I purchased on eBay just searching for the specs and the banana plugs 9and were cheap Hope this was helpful guys

The battery in mine is: BDF 903475 2S - 7.4V 2000mAh. This is the standard battery. With a bit of research, I am sure you can find a better battery that will provide a longer flight time. 👍👍

HI. I recently bought x183 x6 drone how ever i am only getting 30secs of flight. When i put battery on charge it flashes red and green on USB charger at the same time, does this means its charging? Also the battery i received with drone is 7.4v 2300mah. do you think its enough. please reply

Hi Saad Anees. Yes, that is the normal indication for the battery charging. You have to wait until there is just a solid green light with no flashing. You should achieve between 5 to 10 minutes of flight. Hope this helps.

Thank you so much for your reply, One last confusion is. When props gets started, and when i trottle upwards for the lift, it itself goes to max height and does not read what i tell it to do e.g turn right or left and after 30 sec it comes down itself.

Hi again Saad Anees. My question to answer your question is, have you calibrated the GPS and then waited for the GPS to "lock" before starting the props and taking off? My drone will take off and hover at about 1.5 - 2 metres on takeoff after the GPS has "locked." I am then able to control the height and fly in any direction then return after pressing the auto return button. At low power, it will return automatically. When this happens, it will try to auto land as well. I have learner that if you press the landing button while it is descending, it will actually land a lot smoother. 👍👍
