Eh, I expected more out of Shisui in ninja storm. But I guess they don't want to assume powers he never got to show I'm the manga/anime

Back when I played this game I got so good with Shisui. His strengths lie with his agility, acrobatics, and performing combos. The Shisui player featured here didn't really use him well, he didn't use ninjutsu and only tried his koto amatsukami once and failed. The trick to it is to lock in combos, utilizing the "flash step behind the enemy" trick and the charged rush. The flaming sword ninjutsu is used to stun and create openings, and you use his genjutsu intermittently to push for damage. Shisui is about controlling your opponent and whittling their health down. It's not aggro, unless you know how to use him. Can't wait to play this game again soon!

Even when he was dead. Nobody has a stronger genjutsu than the Kotoamatsukami. The 2nd place is probably for Madara/Obito/Itachi

In my point of view second place goes to itachi as he once uses izanami which is an forbidden genjutsu like izanagi designed to trap an opponent without using eyesight.And it is also very effective against izanagi.

@@kshitizrawat8620 Yeah but Izanami isn't specially Itachi's genjutsu. Other Uchiha can use it. But there are not many Uchiha who can control Kyubi like Madara/Obito did (whithout using their MS) and Itachi has Tsukuyomi, that's why they are all 2nd place for me

i still think sasuke could win even if shisui used kotoamatsukami (assuming he could) just because sasuke would find a way to dodge it as for speed i’m pretty sure at this point sasuke is much faster considering he had to at least be comparable to naruto on top of that sasuke is probably better at genjutsu now solely because of the rinnegan, i mean he put all of the bijju under his control with a clap of his hands while drained of chakra from the war

Can kotomatsukami work on the rinnegan? If not then sasuke takes a easy win, cuz the rinnegan is immune to even the infinite tsyukiyomi so if it is immune to koto then there is no way shisui can beat sasuke

Rinnegan isn’t immune to genjutsu. Remember Pain was put under a genjutsu against Jiraiya.
