When you came to America and saw the guy her parents wanted her to marry your perception of what a woman wants changed. Oh, I love America, and of course, didn't really know this for much of my life. It is really the land of opportunity and dream. It does include the ability to totally redefine yourself. 🙂 Okay, on things related to the story: "First time is always the deepest." Understand something that is true and yet incomplete. It is only true relative to experience, otherwise it doesn't even scratch the surface. Get lost in it, and you'll bound for heartaches and mistakes. The Playing Game / "Flip, flip" - All is fair in Love and War. Don't worry so much about those that do not yet understand. All will feel its just in their own time. Hard Work and Knowledge - Absolutely, work hard and "learn to how to Learn". Gambling - NO, anything that yields negative probability, just don't get serious into it. 100% true. She had a change of heart first. If she had loved him she would have did everything to be with him. But she probably thought to herself that since she is new to the U.S. it might be better for her to marry someone who has been here longer as well. Don't feel too bad. It wasn't meant to be.
