Sir..आपकी दी हुई जानकारी से मुझे बहुत हेल्प मिली है । Sir.. मे अपने कुछ प्रोडक्ट शुरू कर के मार्केट में उतरना चाहता हूं । जिसकी तैयारी हो चुकी है । लेकिन मे उसमे केमिकल का इस्तेमाल नही करना चाहता हूं । या ऐसी कोई चीज जो नुकसान नही पहुंचाए । Sir. मे.ज्यूस प्लांट शुरू करने की तैयारी कर रहा हूं । उस मे मिलाने के लिए कोई खास तरह का प्रिजर्वेटिव के बारे में बताइए । जो नुकसान नही पहुंचाए ।

Its a stabilizer, which stables and thicks the recipe. Some say it as thickening agent. Dont confuse with stabilzer or thicker. Check E415 in ingredients list of the products.

Ok. At low Temperature , use high speed shear mixture. At high temperature, it mix automatically. But may make lumps if put all together. So Use high shear mixture.
