I would guess Shadowed Unit Frames. You can customize everything about it, including adding or removing the animated frames (they will drop your framerate though) edit: According to Google it is indeed Z-Perl as the gentleman above mentioned

@ you throw them at yourself in mid air after Anub’Rekhan launches you up, it stops you from taking any falling damage. It only works in a party. Much cheaper than popping a L.I.P. and doesn’t trigger your potion cooldown.
