It’s just astonishing to see how much has changed. My soul rejoices in seeing you emerge instead of sinking.

Wonderful Scott Xasthur has been a influenced to my soul for years. The accoustic feel has that haunting element different, from this black metal groupie trend.

Fuck. I really tried to get into this but I just can't. I do respect this change of direction because I know all artists evolve. Cheers Xasthur.

I enjoy his new acoustic work, it sounds like Melancholic blue grass. Not my daily dose but when I take the time to listen it's never boring and the it's a rich harmony. Perfect for drifting in thought. It's quite music for concentration to me.

Writh Mata - Damn man all of use who choose to watch this or are a part of this feel hurt and sadness and have Demon's who want us to suffer. If you don't like his voice and words don't say anything especially on his comment thread. I Love his voice and thoughts for they are real and true to his spirit. Everyone needs support and kindness even if you are drenched in Darkness. I'm so very Glad for this music because I feel something.

To each their own. Im allowed to have an opinion and so are you, and id never knock anyone for having one. Scott did much better on his own as far as recording goes...band members definitely add to a live setting. I enjoy the guitar writing still...but i cant get into these vocals or lyrics....judging the unfortunates in the ghetto isnt exactly therapeutic to me.
@Cragiesea7 жыл бұрын
Writh Mata - Very True we as individuals all have a right to feel our opinions. Judging the people in the Ghetto? I don't understand what you mean man. I wasn't judging you or anyone the only person I judge is myself. As someone who feels despair I always want to make others feel better that's how I deal with my self deprication. I appreciate the response.

I meant some of the song lyrics, not your reply.

Writh Mata - Oh I understand, in my mind I thought that you were living in a what you describe as Ghetto and you thought I was being disrespectful. I Like you, I hope Life is good for you. Take care of yourself always.

Xasthur is as much, if not more, about the sound than the compositions, which are pretty redundant from album to album. So Xasthur live is this? Talk about missing the main point of your own band...

That's Nocturnal Poisoning in a nutshell, rebranding it as Xasthur just shows how little anyone cared to begin with. He's been shitting on his own legacy for years.

Maybe trying something different was due. Not easy stuff to play on acoustic guitars either. Expand yo mind. Unpluggin gives a break from the chuggin'! Bro dude like bro.... pshhhh

@@silentsilent4601 Yeah... that was the whole point of him creating Nocturnal Poisoning instead of calling this "Xasthur live" duh 'lordSnoodles'
