@@srishtisoni3556 The official answer is C and in my opinion also it should be C as at first he should focus on filling the rest occupancy rate of 10% and 60% with his original loyal consumer base of Tamils rather than Karnataka or Andhra which may fluctuate as their behavior is not known.

But the concern is not at all quality he is serving good quality food but expanding menu can attract more costumers hence increasing sales for him.

in Caselet 2, Correct answer is D everywhere... In many other sets, your answer key conflicts with others. Don't teach if you will just confuse students.

In the caselet 1, it is mentioned that the restaurant had "90% occupancy rate during peak hours and 40% during the non-peak hours and both figures were increasing with time." So, for the growth of business, wouldn't it be wise to focus on increasing the occupancy rate rather than increasing the menu, since menu is not the core problem, infact it is the best thing as per the question.
