Mental Health ain’t no Joke. I used to be stress so bad I was losing sleep, gaining weight, moody, bad acne, hated my job, life in choas. I finally stated seeing a therapist, taking my meds but most importantly do self care EVERYDAY! The little ways you take care of yourself matter. If you ain't no good how you gonna be good for others. Take care of yourself. DM me if you wanna chat, exchange self care tips, mental health.

I'm so glad to see you but please if you are too stressed or too tired or lack time without Arpi to do your videos please take a break. Real life comes first. Yep you are so right about chores and personal matters interfering with getting enough r&r and one of them getting pushed aside. That's how weekends and weeks often go. Sometimes the house work and errands piles up a bit so we can get enough rest. It's important that we recharge our batteries. Physical, mental, and emotional. New meds can definitely throw things off track as well. So please don't fret - it's ok that none of us are perfect or have white glove clean homes. If you have a life it's going to get cluttered and it's going to be exhausting sometimes. Living is more important than the window dressings ( spotless home, never missing deadlines, etc) As long as our homes are just cluttered and a little behind on basic chores and not truly filthy and health risk then it's ok. Sometimes when I'm too tired (mentally, emotionally or physically or a combo of those) and I'm just not motivated and feel overwhelmed I break down what needs to be done into smaller chores and I will tackle one of those chores each day for the next few days and as I do them each day I feel better and better because tackling one small task even feels good and helps me feel more empowered instead of like I'm failing because I'm too tired to stay on top of it all 24/7. Like maybe one task will be to pick up any trash and empty trash cans and feline them, another chore might be to wash and odds and ends dishes and wipe the kitchen counters clean, another might be to gather all the dirty laindry and sort them and put them in the wash room and if I have the energy and enough to start a load I might start a load too. Then the next morning before work or whatever toss them in the dryer and then that night I can take them out and fold it hang and put them away. Another day might be bathroom cleaning and restocking of to, soap, etc. For me if I break it down and set the goal as small it's less daunting and then it releases endorphins that make me feel better. Sometimes it feels so good I feel inspired and refreshed enough to do a second core on my list Like a debt snowball sometimes it even dreamed a housework snowball. I turn on some peppy happy music and groove along with the times while doing chores Sometimes o make it game and see how fast I can properly do a task or I pretend I'm on a hidden camera that I found out about and I do the chore perfectly perfect like I'm the best at doing that chore than anyone. Or if it's something a child can help with I will make it a game with them like let's see who can pick up and put away properly all of the toys, or books, or shoes, or clothes or whatever task needs done the best or fastest. You could even do a sweep off and sweep floors. Or you can wipe the dining room table and Arpi can wipes the chairs. You get the idea. Sometimes if we change our mindset and strategy we can make things world that seem too overwhelming. Give yourself permission to take time to recoup when you need to. No one is perfect. Every home is not perfectly clean 24/7 if real life is happening. It's important to not neglect or slack off too long but some measure of leeway important to our health to and health is job number one. All I ask is that if you are going to go longer than 4 or 5 days with no Vlog if you could do a quick community post to us and let us know that you will be taking a mini break or extended break to attend to personal matters so we don't worry, then it's all groovy. I have one You Tube created who posted twice a week every week for like a year and then hasn't posted now since Christmas. No one word. And she and her hubby did them together. I'm terribly worried. It's so out of character for them I do t know if some traumatic event happened - God forbid - and that maybe they are not longer here on earth or if they are in serious condition in a hospital or what. So I do ask that if you could post a quick " Don't worry I'm taking a break community post I would be very grateful. Sadly this other You Tube channel has no last names or emails or anything. Both of their SM sites (You Tube and Instagram) have been silent since Christiana's so o check them both weekly and post a checking in on y'all and I've been asking if anyone can tell us what happened that the channel has gone silent since their channel was started to share with family and I was hoping a family member might go and rewatch one of their Vlogs or read through comments. So far I've had no response. I don't think I can take too many of my favorite You Tubers disappearing without a trace. I'm sorry you had a rough week. Just remember that the tough snd tough times are temporary. Pray to God for peace and rest snd strength to get through the potholes. God will walk with you and carry you over the roadblocks if you ask him and let him. I promise you God has saved my life - literally - many times. He never fails me. He doesn't always give me the answers I want but he never lets me down. So cheer up. Tomorrow is a new day and just take it all in baby steps. Before you know it you will be walking briskly or even jogging along life's path. I'm rooting for your success. Love and prayers to you andi miss Arpi. I'm sorry if there are any typos. All great suggestions. In order to be able to do community posts you have to have a certain amount of subscribers. KZbin is crazy like that. I didn’t miss too many days tho

Xavia A. Oh dang. You tube should let you make them as long as you have a dozen subscribers I think. That's my opinion. No you didn't miss a lot of time but like I explained now after myother you tube channel weirdly stopped posting without notice I'm very sensitive to my top watched channels. I notice right away and I start being concerned because I truly care about people. So I will try to just be patient and pray extra for you when I see you get behind and will just know that you hit a bump in the road. 👍. ✝️🙏✝️ 1️⃣💜👸🏻

Take time for yourself! Don’t beat yourself up and don’t worry about videos. You don’t have to do one everyday. We’ll still watch.
