Since we are seeing all these tricks on camera, one might suspect camera tricks for some or many of them. The weight lifter unable to pick him up at about 2:13 is easy. Learned that 40 or 50 years ago. Notice where Xavier's hands are when the lifter tries. Xavier is leveraging himself downward using the lifter's elbows as the point he applies a counter force to the lift. Try it. The lifter never notices this move till you tell them.
