I've been trying to find this game for years. I rented it at blockbuster one day and fell in love but never remembered the name. I recently seen Phantasy Star Online 2 and thought it looked very similar so I started researching. I think I'm going to have to buy this again!

Oh the memories from when I was just a youngin having the best times on Xbox 360 with my friends, this an mw2 modded lobbied when me an all my friends got everything unlocked max prestige, all camos, title cards, emblems etc oh the good days of when games were actually enjoyable to play. Now every game you play has an esport an everyone wants to be some professional gamer. Whatever happened to just having funn with your friends on a good game

The free xbox demo was so much fun. There were only 3 or 4 stages but somehow that was just enough to keep people hooked. Although it was mostly just a hangout for bored teens haha. The music and gameplay are very nostalgic. I love phantasy star online 2, but i sure do i miss the simplicity and slower pace of psu sometimes. And the fact that psu didn't pander to weirdos playing loli dress up... It's crazy how games have changed over the years. Not just the technology, but the design philosophies as well.

Played this game as a little kid, i think i was 5 years old. Never got passed the 1 level. I was scarred asf. Nostalgia is hitting me like a truck. As soon as i was stuck on the first level and got bored (or scarred), i moved onto halo combat evolved or halo 2

I remember once trying to play this game on PC. The game would never run because there was a single piece of software installed on my PC it didn't like and so refused to run (it also refused to tell me what software it didn't like). Did manage to return the game and get my money back since even searching the web turned up zero solutions to my problem.

I wanted to like this game, but this opening part made me so sick of the protagonist I lost all desire to play the game. Phantasy Star Online on the other hand, now there's a solid game, also helped by not spending ages focusing on some forced protagonist and just letting you start the game.

I tried to play this game in PC. Using PC version, 360 emulator and PS2 emulator. PS2 is the best one since there is a HD patch. 360 cutscenes look a lot better, PS2 looks the worse in cutscenes. Sadly Xenia emulator is not compatible with Phantasy universe.

its playable online on pc again, and theres patches to add some of the online content into aotis story mode, id skip the xbox and ps2 vers and just look into clemintine
