PepicWalrus it's got plenty. Whether old or new, it still has tons of games: OG Xbox, Xbox 360, Xbox One. Also a lot of the Xbox Games are cross compatible with PC so you can multiplayer with the PC community and have master race graphics. PS4 is still struggling finding its niche for backwards compatibility. You can sign up for their Playstation Now program though, but why pay for something I already paid for? Microsoft may be struggling finding IPs for their system, but they are making land grab in other directions. In the end, all consoles have their audience and no one console is superior to the other. Because PC blows them out of the water.

Copied and pasted from another comment I made from the Xbox video, but still valid here. All I've got to say is that this is badass. Letting those who can't really play games, play games in a way that helps them and allows them to experience what we experience. I may bash Xbox for shutting down so many exclusives that I would have liked and the UI, and prefer PS4 a bit more now, but this is just awesome. Good job, Xbox.

@stareater18706 жыл бұрын
The Godfather I bought an Xbox One on Day One, went to the midnight launch. I didn't get a PS4 until August 2017 because they had so many exclusives that in my opinion were better, especially after Xbox shot itself in the foot. You act like I gave them "so much shit", I said 3 things, 2 thing of which I had a problem with, with the 3rd being how I've come to appreciate my PS4 a bit more. I don't even play PS4 close to as much as my Xbox still, but when I want a great single player experience, that's where I go.

Two things: The first: This is a beautiful idea. I had watched a video on gamers with disabilities (From Raggtag actually) and I was looking at my controller and my keyboard and mouse the other day after watching it and I was so grateful I had two hands (no joke) and that nothing was wrong with my eyes. I became incredibly appreciative of how lucky I am that I can just waste my time with this hobby as easily as I can(even if I'm just not that good, lol). I think this is a wonderful idea and I appreciate the amount of thought and consideration that went into this (right on down to allowing people to plug in their own devices). The second is that the girl in this is cute as heck. Her eyes are beautiful and her voice is pleasant.

Sony guy through and through, but I have to give props to Microsoft for this, this is awesome.
@Picklesaregreen1016 жыл бұрын
Agreed. Even if you prefer one console over another, this is a good thing for the community as a whole. Hopefully this means Sony and Nintendo will come out with something similar so that disabled gamers will have even more options.
@fredbrumovsky59216 жыл бұрын
ShinyPants I hope Sony does especially. My left hand doesn’t work quite right but I can still use it for the most part. My problem comes in usually with fighting games such as MK because they are very d-pad heavy and I have a ton of trouble pulling off even basic combos
@VoidVox_6 жыл бұрын
Freddie Brumovsky this is a big win for Microsoft as far as public opinion, so Sony would have to be stupid to not get it on it as well. It'll probably come around because of competition and business, rather than a genuine interest in helping people, let's be honest, but still, Sony should be inspired to do something.

This is Sweet and Sour . Sweet= MS has 3 years of development invested in this. Doesnt looks like they are going to profit from this.which means they did it ONLY for a unfairlly forgotten gaming community. Amazing job Phil Spencer,and everybody in general at Microsoft. Sour= How the F#*k can people Dislike this vídeo?! What could people with dissabilities being able to have fun playing,have a negative impact on you? What can someone possibly have to lose with this? And the original video on MS Chanel has even more dislikes (139 atm). 😒

As far as Exclusives go.... I wouldn't mind less console exclusives, if it meant that people with disabilities got to experience even more games themselves. They are gamers just like us that deserve to have the same experiences we have all had growing up.

Mr Dayum Fine thats why i stook with Microsoft because i just had a xbox for 5 months and they are trying to be pro consumer
@abdulhameed89996 жыл бұрын
Cravenmarigold 2 I wouldn’t call charging people £5 a month for online service pro consumer but the new controller is pretty good for consumers but when u think about even then it would be more beneficial to play on pc if u have disabilities due to support for any peripheral in the market

Bob of Astora yeah but Microsoft is being touted as " pro consumer "... sony is giving their console value... same with Nintendo.. Microsoft promotes services over games... people have invested nearly $1000 into the xbox one and have yet to be given a return on their investment ... after yrs of waiting we get sea of thieves... a $60 free to play game...

I knew an amputee dude who played FPS games on Xbox 360 like a boss. He had this technique where he held the controller sideways and was generally in the top 5 of each match he played. He could literally beat most people single-handedly. He had a sense of humor about it too. He took the nickname Nubs and would fist bump people with his stub. He loved seeing people's reaction when they didn't know before he did it.

I love this! I guess my only ? is those adaptive devices...is MS planning on bringing those along too? & are they planning on keeping it affordable? Xbox helped me greatly when I first became ill & disabled ..unable to work anymore. It helped me feel like I was able to get out of my home and do things that I never would have been able to do otherwise...you know ...like ride around on a horse shooting people in RDR(SIDENOTE...OMG can't wait for RDR2) It truly was one of the biggest parts of breaking out of a depression I was suffering from due to the basic loss of my life as I knew it. Ty Xbox! My husband surprised the heck out of me for Christmas with an Xbox X & then I discovered that it needed an adapter(for the Kinect) that not only wasn't included with the Xbox but is crazy expensive. I was disappointed with MS about this! The price on the X is crazy high(I love it but never would have gotten it till the price came down...seriously completely stunned when I opened the gift).

This amost makes me cry... I'm Soo thankful for the use of my hands and motor skills and couldn't imagine being unable to participate in what I consider to be my life's defining purpose. For once, can we put politics and fan boy rhetoric aside and be thankful for what we have and be super happy that millions of people who have been unable to enjoy the stuff we usually bitch about, can finally be part of gaming? I hope we all agree that this is a truly awesome moment in gaming. M$ may be the evil empire. They may lack killer exclusive narrative titles. They screwed us all on the regular and elite controller quality... But this is pretty effin cool. Good on them and a win for gaming as a whole.

Just for clarification, I have a PS4 pro and only had an Xbox one for maybe a week and hated it. My allegiances lie with Sony.
