On a very strange unrelated note i'd like to start collecting old games. My only problem is I'm terrified in 5 to 10 years time they will stop working. Hmm maybe I should just emulate even though I do kind of like the physical aspect. Oh and uhh interesting seeing vids not about wow.

As late as 2021, I played Armored Core - a game I purchased two decades earlier. Similarly, I've found other PlayStation and Gamecube discs work fine over a decade after I bought them. So, I wouldn't worry if I were you.
