I never owned an elite controller and I was tempted to get the series 2 version but I kept hearing stick drift issues, hopefully Microsoft fixed that problem with the Core. I definitely want to pick one up before CoD releases.

The Elite V2 originally released in Dec. 2018, so there is no reason for them to not update internal components. As you can see from my video, outer components have been. I've had my original V2 it released and have never had drift issues with it. I can't speak for the Core since I haven't owned it long enough yet.

Mine day 1 out the box had stick wobble pretty bad, steam deadzone showd avg 5% in a few directions, but games were u cant set deadzone u hav no drift, games with if set to 0 was drift car driftin, with 3% deadzone was fine, got warranty so ill swap one day, my original elite 2 was alot worse out the box with insane wobble n drift, so definitely improved over original

Thanks for the comparison. I have had my series x for 2 years now and I just find the standard series x controller underwhelming at times. Is the dpad less clicky on this version. Thats the one thing that drives me crazy at times

Yes it is! I hate that clicky d-pad! I've said that in every Xbox controller unboxing video I've made. I just made a video today about two new colors they are making this controller in.

Awesome video I am surprised that you are doing this video about the controller so I do tighten the joystick for nascar racing and I use the back paddle for Forza

I ended up getting the red one after this. The white one is on sale quite ofter and is still a good pick up.

I want to buy the series 2 the original but I I see many people have problems after little time what I do you have it long time and everything is ok??

I have both Series 1 & 2 and I haven't had any problems with either since I've owned them.

@@RedBandanaGaming how long you have it?sorry but is one expensive controller and I play Fortnite call of duty and FIFA a lot and that controller I like it but I don’t want to give so much money..I thinking also one Pawer A fusion 2 or wolverine chroma but the truth is I want so much the elite 2 but I have issues..the other opinion because I like better with Bluetooth and this also is one risent I want to buy in my other opinion is to buy for now or the fusion 2 or the standard controller because my first from the console the LB need more press to can work to buy this and the Power A 20 Euro that you have sow also in one other video..I don’t know really..I play almost every day min 3 uhrs your opinion help me…I’m sorry I take from your time and nice work

The Elite controllers are very durable. They are the best quality controllers I've ever purchased. This has become my go to controller since I bought it. It's the only one I use.
