the thing about a 4070 is that the desktop version of the card is much faster than the laptop 4070 since the desktop uses a cut down ad 104 die with 5,888 cuda cores with a 192 bit bus with 12 gigabytes of vram with 504 gigabytes of bandwidth vs a ad 106 die in a laptop with 36 sm's, 4,608 cuda cores and a 128 bit bus with 8 gigabytes of vram with 256 gigabytes of bandwidth which limits the performance of this laptop 4070 by around 30 percent meaning that a laptop 4070 performs like a desktop 4060 ti

I'll stick with Xbox and get 4 AAA games a year that i don't have to pay $70 for plus 3rd party AAA games plus lots more........the more the value of GP sinks in the more people will buy Xbox just like they are now. Sony's exclusives will not be enough to carry PlayStation so they will either slowly fall behind or Sony will have to go full gamepass with PS+

Xbox doesn't have every game on ps. They have a entire backwards compatible system of Xbox games all the way back to OG Xbox fully supported in 4k upscaling with fps boost.
