Wasn't expecting myself to make a cameo there, Pete 🤣 But yeah, I quite enjoyed Dead to Rights Retribution so definitely give it a try. I've not played Manhunt for years, probably since it came out to be honest. Makes sense getting the XBOX version if they improved the controls and as you say, the graphics/resolution is always likely to be bumped up for the XB as well. Nice, Outrun 2 - remember buying that from Gamestation back in the day. Still looks good, plays well...a classic really. One thing that surprises me looking back is just how many exclusives the original XB had - there are so many it's wild. It's not just quantity too, loads of them are excellent and well worth checking out.

@@bluetonic78 lol I reckon you've made cameos a lot over the years Alex 🤣 I'm gonna grab DTRR and see what I think. Can't really go wrong with those games tbh. Yeah it's fantastic generation for exclusives. Xbox had a stack. And as you say so many good ones. It's a shame that some of them are stranded on the Xbox. MS have such a great library to mine from. I know it comes down to Rights holders. But I'd love to see some of them re-mastered. Pariah for example.

Excellent pickups as always. Looking back, Sega and rareware were pretty much the key reason I wanted to get the original Xbox. I've always thought the Xbox and 360 had a phenomenal launch line-up. In fact looking back. All consoles from the 6th end 7th gen era had an excellent launch line-up.

@@nomadlonestar8004 Thanks Mate. Agreed. I think PS4 onwards the launches have been quite poor. 360band backwards the consoles always had a good variety to choose from at launch.

My mate gave me that gaming pc on the stipulation I had to play through Half Life 2 on it 😅 I'm looking forward to it though as it as it does look like an amazing game

Great pickups Pete love House of the Dead 2 on Dreamcast still need to play the 3rd one. I would definitely pick up Sonic All Stars Racing Transformed it's one of my favourite games on the 360 the first game Sonic All Stars Racing is great too 😊

Some nice pickups in that lot Pete, and especially well done on getting Manhunt for that price, I would have been tempted to just hit buy it now straight away in case someone else beat me to it🤣 Might surprise you to know, I've never played any Half Life game The stars of the show for me was obviously Outrun.... magnificent, it is a shame the 2nd one is so expensive these days HOTD also a great one, I still have my original lightgun from new, fairly sure it's a Madcatz, which is your typical G.con style gun Personally think Sonic Transformed is a great game 👍

Thanks James. Yeah TBF I was about to just hit the buy now lol. I had the same thought about someone grabbing it. Just glad he countered my offer quickly lol. Yeah I'll have to check the prices for 2006. Doubt I'll be willing to pay it though lol. Weirdly it's still cheap on PS2 though. I'll have a look for that light gun. Thanks for the heads up 👍 Me too. I played it on Wii u first. Think you said you did too? Fantastic game. One of the best kart racers imo.

@Snestastic yes, I always think of Transformed as a Wii U game Think 2006 is regarded higher on the Xbox but the PS2 version is still great in my opinion

Another good selection of pickups there and a cracking deal with manhunt. I could never get on Brute Force, I remember it being hyped up so much but I found it really underwhelming and never stuck with it for long Although House of the dead 3 isnt my favourite i still loved it, especially when you unlock House of the dead 2 on it!

Nice pickups dude. Agree on MW3, it’s a shame it didn’t get a remaster like the 1st 2, currently playing MW2 and it’s really pissing me off, lol. Crazy how prices are so different now, I remember getting HL2 for 99p and Manhunt in a 5 for £20 deal at Gamestation. I’ve just recently got a Steamdeck, Fear 2 and 3 were less than £3 each. The 360 Dead to rights is worth a buy, under appreciated game, there was also one on the PSP.

I do love them but the frenetic nature of cod can be a bit much lol. Yeah prices are ridiculous. Thank god the Xbox games haven't gone completely crazy. Well manhunt has lol. But in general they're still affordable. But yeah those days of muli buys or 99p deals seem to be long gone unfortunately 🫤 Not sure if I knew there's a DTR on psp 🤔 I'm gonna have a look at it. It's so nice to see tubers from our era popping up lately. Both here in the comments and making vids. Who knows mate maybe one day you'll get the yt big again 😉

It just seems harder, the Brazilian missions in particular, I’ve also noticed some glitches here and there, and I’m just dying all the time, lol. EA should remaster Tier One or at least bring the MOH franchise back, BattleField has been pants since No.4. I’ve been thinking about returning to YT but aside from some collection vids I could do, a lot of games I buy these days are digital…PSVR2 and Steam. We’ll see what happens, but won’t be for a while. Didn’t realise Stu was back, I’ll have a look. I’ve just found out that Woodlin37 is still making vids.

@TheNooch79 lol that's me too Paul. I'm not good at cod. I die a lot lol. And yes absolutely. I would love tier 1,warfightet and airborne to get remasters. Doubt we're ever gonna see a new console MOH unfortunately. That MOH on oculus looked really good though. Yeah stews been back for a while now. Great channel. Maybe if you start up again you might get the retro bug like Stew. And you can build a new collection 😉

@@TheNooch79 i remember gamestation years ago were selling og xbox games in a deal 5 games for £5. I got a ton of og xbox games. They also used to penny out the strategy guides. Still got those 1p guides to this day.

Nice grabs mate! Love the cod games! I thought CoD 3 on ps3 played alright last time I played it, only annoying part was they made you use the motion controls of the six axis all the time do you had to all of a sudden break god the action to shake your pad around like a pair of maracas! Cheers for the shout out mate! Appreciate it! Banjo is an awesome game, tricky as hell to finish properly, last level was a right bitch to find all the collectibles! I used to have the Xbox sniper rifle, it’s a right old unit! Get arm ache after a while from holding it up 😂! Do love house if the dead 3 as well, got it downloaded on my ps3, awesome game! I enjoyed manhunt, even though I played it on ps2, and as mentioned the controls are a bit of an arse! Still a fun game, if you don’t mind suffocating people with carrier bags and stuff that is 😂! Btw, did you ever pick up the Bad Company games? Great to see you back in the flow mate, like you said feels like old times 😂!

And yeah that sniper rifle does look a nightmare to deal with lol. Lol yeah that's the thing with manhunt. It's a bit grim 🫤 I haven't got the bad company games yet. I do have one of them on my Xbox HDD though. Pretty decent game TBF. I'll have to try the 360 game. Thank mate. It's good to be back and in the wing again. I thought I had 187 ride or die in my collection but I didn't I had 25 to life. Completely different games so need to pick that one up. But want to play a military shooter beforehand so think I'm going to start Rising Sun. I believe you didn't care for that game lol but haven't played it in years as last time I played it I owned it on PS2. Hoping with the power of the OG Xbox it will at least look and run a bit better.
