At the start of the 2nd option my screen become black during 5 min i was like wtf but i turn off and on my tv again it's worked but i put HDMI and change the résolution to 1080p ,Thx O.G

The second advice you gave with video fidelity & overscan worked for me. For some reason mine was set on DVI instead of HDMI. I thought it was the new refurbished xbox I got and was about to ask for a refund! You're the best. I owe YOU

XBOX SERIES X/S USERS ONLY: go to settings, general, volume and audio output , under" Speaker audio" select 5.1 uncompressed. NEXT under headset audio is headset format switch that to stereo uncompressed. DONE

If you're on Xbox and you can't hear your or you're trying to watch prime video or using any other app and there is no sound, go to your "settings" and then to "volume and audio output" and then go to "additional options" and turn off "Allow passthrough" if you have this turned on it does exactly what it says which is allowing the audio to pass through. Meaning you're not going to hear it.
