The full backwards compatibility isn't true. Barely any titles work it isn't full library it is such a shame. I would love to be able to play any game on this but it is always the games you want to play are not supported.

@ i absolutely think it’s worth it for gamepass alone. I buy call of duty every year on PlayStation but now that it’s on gamepass I play it on Xbox for freePlus Xbox is finally getting ready to release some good games like Indiana Jones, Avowed, etc. I’ll always prefer PlayStation more. But Xbox is very good too

But can you tell me honestly, is it worth buying an Xbox series this late in June or July 2024? Is buying a series X worth it for game pass alone? do they add enough? Good games on game pass to make it worth buying Xbox series X? Is there a new powerful Xbox coming out where I should buy a series X?

I finally tried the Xbox series x out and I can confirm the backwards compatibility is so good if you like older cod games and older games in general, not to mention the quick resume you can have 4 games open at once plus you can gift ppl games/dlcs

Everybody loves batteries in controllers until it gets too old and you cannot fix it easy. 2 AA chargeable batteries solve the problem handsomely and it’s convenient as well. Otherwise with lithium batteries.., Now my 8 year old PS4 got problems retaining charge and I needed to buy a new one. A pack of rechargeable AA batteries cost 4 euros…

8 years for a 59 dollar controller, that's 7.50 a year. I doubt batteries offset that price. I love my xbox but the batteries were a let down. Even with rechargeable and a port that's still like 30 dollars

I do have the xbox series x and enjoy it. But my fears are the lack of exclusives. That being said, it's been kind of crazy for microsoft this year. I don't think it has anything to do with phil spencer but the higher ups. I am hoping that 2025 will be a better year. We definitely need more exclusives that will make people believe in xbox again. For what it is I enjoy the backwards compatibility and game pass. It really makes it worth it to me.

Hello, I just saw your video and I really liked it. I am definitely not siding one console over another, even though I am a happy owner of PS3, but I am leaving my comment, coz I used to own Xbox One S. Oh my, what a great console that was. There's literally no issue at all, and I bought it, I believe on UK eBay. I am from Europe, that's why, hehe. One of the reasons was that you are able to play almost any OG Xbox game, and get the achievements, which I love to collect, especially today, even though it is a trophy hunting on my PS3. There are definitely titles that I love on Xbox, like GOW, SR, Forza Horizon and some others. PS has, to my taste, more exclusive titles, but it definitely doesn't mean it is a better console, coz every console has its pros and cons. If I was to buy Xbox again, it'd definitely be Xbox Series X. Btw, I really love the elite controller you own, it kind of reminds me COD or sniping games which I dig a lot, hehe. Obviously it appeals to online players (who I'm not) much more than single players. I am on the fence for buying one because Gears of War is one of my most favourite game series and this is the most feasible/ effective way to play it in its best form without shelling the price of a gaming PC that will be obsolete in two years. Still, is it worth it for just GOW? Maybe if I catch a pretty good deal.

I just got one today and was disappointed because there is something rattling inside read it up online if anyone had this issue and there are quite a few people that expirenced this. I have the series s and I love it! I planned to upgrade to a series x when it was available but now I actually plan to get a pc instead. I’m going to keep my series s for gta 6 and any other console exclusives. Since I need a new iMac and a Xbox series x I decided I’d be better off getting a pc instead and going the hackintosh route to get the best of both worlds though it will be 1k plus for the build so depends on your needs.

@@RendonTech yes! That’s my goal I got to get an intel cpu and amd gpu I believe to make the build. So far I’m looking at an intel 13600k and a amd 6900xt then I got to figure out all the rest. It’s definitely more stressful trying to figure out gaming compatibility compared to getting a console and knowing everything will work out of the box at least 60fps no problem.

Y’all this is a long comment but I just want to help anyone who wants to buy a console and not make them waist there money It’s obvious this guy never owned a ps5 he really compared the newest Xbox to the ps4 honestly if you guys are considering buying one of them I would definitely say look into more peoples opinions who has both so they can tell you why one is better than the other for your taste. because a couple of what he said the PlayStation has as well, not only that, but some things he said are cons as well not pros me having both I think both consoles are amazing I love them the Xbox is not the only one with amazing graphics tho ps5 has it to one thing to consider is although red fall and star field has a few population of people who likes it specifically star field they’re not necessarily rated an amazing Xbox exclusive, especially red fall only having 2.3 rating meaning 4/10 so although they’re decent, they’re not amazing in fact the biggest lie he said was that Xbox is doing amazing with exclusives and compared to ps5 that’s simply not true again there’s some good ones out there but Xbox has really been slacking on them with only having 59 exclusives that most are only decent like Starfield in some peoples opinions and PlayStation having 286 but I’m not trying to sound like a Sony fan cuz I’m not honestly game pass on Xbox is amazing 100x better than ps5 and that’s a fact and if you have older Xbox games being able to play the oldest game since the vary first Xbox is amazing and you should definitely get one if that’s the case , so it’s honestly up to whatever types of games that interest you the most is the console you should try investing in because performance wise there nearly identical, if not exactly. (Ps5 and play ps4 games btw)

I have Xboxs and Playstations but I prefer my Xbox consoles. Only area I feel the Series X failed is with its controller. I love its design but Playstation just provides better immersion with its controllers. But I prefer Xbox exclusives so most of my time is on my Xbox consoles
