I worry that the Star Craft 1 and 2 Game Pass inclusions are just going to be Blizzard launcher versions.. No achievements disappointing that Xbox is falling behind with their achievement system like this. PlayStation has added Trophies to PS1 and PS2 games.. Like Xbox hasn't even bothered doing this to the original Xbox Games on the backwards compatible program. Now they can't even be bothered to sort this stuff out for their PC releases if things like Fallout 1, 2, Tactics.. Star Craft.. Diablo on PC not tied into the Xbox version so no cross save or cross ownership. It's so chopped up still I'm just disappointed they aren't getting this tightened up with their systems. Pixel Collection is hype. We now have all FF games from 1 - 15 and all the side games.. Just 16 and 7 Trilogy to go now.. All the Dragon Quest and Mana games will be coming over as well. Square is fully in with the Xbox platform now. Next title with be day in date across all platforms. Only platform exclusive stuff will come with DLC tie ins at most.

I think it's safe to say that Xbox effective made it clear they have Asia wrapped up. The only thing missing is FF 16 and the 7 Trilogy.. Everything even the super niche stuff is coming. Lots of new devs launching with Xbox now where they never would have a few years ago.. This stuff is like adding a grain of sand on Sonys side of the scale. Removing the doubt consumers had that Xbox isn't the place yo be if you want to play Japanese or Asian made/published titles. Any doubt is gone now. Getting the Mana series, Dragon Quests these are massive Japanese IP this will tick a lot of Asian boxes this show.. Star Craft 1 and 2 very purposefully selected to reveal this in Asia. Huge in Asia. So I'd say Xbox did exactly what they needed to do. They are now very viable for Asian consumers. They will get everything from the niche to the mainstream. It's all on Xbox. Can't think of anything that's missing today outside of for most recent FF titles. Which we know will be coming now. 16 to be announced next year I think. Squares got a lot already this year they need something for next year lol

01:47:10 I am curious about the Firestick Viability / Cloud viability in Japan for Game Pass Ultimate. It's a general consensus that their Internet infrastructure is leagues above much of the world. I'm kind of surprised they didn't show those games on mobile devices as well.

FF7R is very unlikely based on the rumored stipulations of the deal anytime soon. FF16 is likely at somepoint but also unlikely to be on Gamepass due to existing deals with Sony, which means it will be ignored by those on Xbox

Septic Salt, that was ten times worse than the state of play. Sarah Bond announcing the fire stick Xbox mid gen refresh 😂😂😂 Wow all that latency, cloud any nowhere near being ready... Let's be honest here if Xbox had sold enough consoles and gamepass hadn't completely stagnated their exclusives wouldn't be going elsewhere and you'd be getting a mid gen refresh. All those 3rd party and 1st party Xbox games are going to look and play better on the PS5 Pro...FACT and that's not a good look for Xbox Even after DFs hands on with Pro they said it's more.powerful than specs suggest.. More often than not getting better visuals, better frame rates, better ray tracing, better details, draw distance, better lighting, better voulumetris..... I could go on and on. Your telling me you wouldn't be biting Xbox s hand off if they did a mid gen refresh.....please. The cope is real of course your saying you don't need it, because you ain't getting one 😢😢😂 Not including PC anyone who just plays on console the Pro will be the best place to.play and it can't even be debated. Everyone has been moaning about not getting 60 FPS or having to drastically drop the resolution and still struggle to hit a stable 60fps. Over the next few years until the next gen consoles come.up more games are going to struggle even more and the Series X and PS5 will struggle even more .. Well if that's what you want then enjoy. Trashing the PS5 Pro, only because you're not getting a refresh.. The best motto I have ever heard in gaming "No console required play anywhere,* on your next gen firsrestick. For now I will take the Pro over the base PS5 or Series X any day of the week

FF16 and 7 aren’t coming to xbox. It’s not even worth it to make the port. FF16 sold like 200k on PC. FF7 sold 1m on pc according to steam. On ps, ff7 remake sold 6m, ff16 sold 4m, and ff7 rebirth is at least 3m. What’s Xbox going to do. Nothing. Series s wouldn’t even run ff16.
