Awesome set up dudes... I built mine about a year ago and I got away from brewing... getting back at it, now I need a fan to help with moisture build up... love the fan idea! Thanks, dude! Cheers!

How has the collar held up to the heat from the power supply? Anything else you'd do a little differently? Building my first keeper at the moment and love this cooling setup.

The psu barely gets hot at all, just luke warm. The only thing I've added is a strap over the lid to keep the seals mated together and prevent air leaks. I use two cups of DampRid inside and moisture levels are acceptable. Temp probe is against a glass bottle with water in it. Keeps the temps stable. With my electric rate, kill a watt meter tells me it costs $128 USD to run yearly.
