Had this update for a month and at first I hated it but now it’s really easy to use. I just wish I could remote install games with the Xbox game pass app but no matter what it doesn’t work.

For those people with multiple xboxes, the home screen group tiles need to reflect what is installed on what particular console. I have differing content on different consoles. Still ADS on MY hardware. They belong in the store not the prime home screen space where MY content should be

Only thing Im not keen on is that the top dashboard screen completely covers the middle of the screen, blocking out my wallpaper. Would much prefer if the tiles were kept to the left and to the bottom of the screen.

The addition of moving the notifications banner is EXTREMELY welcomed,you have no idea how annoying it was when you were trying to read the subtitles and that banner appeared,now if only you can resize it to make it much smaller than before as well as making it so it could become a bit more transparent,idk why it's so big to begin with and why couldn't they have made it to be more transparent,hopefully if they do add it in,in the future that would be incredibly welcomed as well

this was a great feature but unfortunately was also one of the features that brought the console to its knees performance wise, so ms had to axe it. it may return on next gen as the cpu and storage speed are greatly enhanced.

Why is there still no UPDATE ALL option on the updates tab. When you have over 800 games installed on an external HDD its very time consuming and annoying to have to click update game on every individual title on the list of available updates.

Dudes can you bring back file manager as every time I download something online and it saves to my consoles memory at which point I lose memory. 2.4Gb so far.... I can’t delete them afterwards! This also is a problem when I save stuff to my USB drive cannot delete anything. thanks

@RS1 3:26 in the video, ever since the xbox one got launched they have always popped up at the bottom and you couldn't relocate them until now (7 years later), in some games it was really annoying because they block the game UI or they block text captions if your friend logged on etc.

Not sure if anyone else has experienced this but ever since Ive had this new update Ive noticed that videos often pause momentarily or even freeze completely, on KZbin and on game previews in the store. Resi 3 and Cyberpunk both froze and various KZbin videos too. Ive hard reset my Xbox One X and the problem still persists.

Not a problem for me. Ypu might want to check and see if your hard drive is full. If thats no it I'd suggest doing a system restore with keep games and apps.

Had this for a while and works well - I just want to know why I have to factory reset my console every time there's a new update? Always gets to about 90-95% complete and then will stay that way for days - factory reset is the only way to clear it and continue using the console. I mean I have had the same console since day one so maybe they're trying to make me buy a new one?!! haha

The only thing I dont like is having to click on the Community button in order to see my friends achievements and game clips. On the old dashboard you could tab over to Community and just scroll down. Now I'm less inclined to go and look through that stuff since it isnt right there anymore

Yep, same here. I have 98 owned games. And sometimes It will say I only have 32 for some odd reason? But what I do is, when I turn my Xbox on for the first time, I check to see if all my games appear. And if they're all not showing up, I restart the console and that seems to do the trick.
