Ill be out there this cold morming. This section of Backbone, since it runs into Ventura County but splits in parts is the one that starts on Reseda Blvd. Off the 101 FWY head south on Reseda Blvd passing Ventura Blvd and drive all the way up. There's two trails there, the first is Caballero Trail and driving further up will be the Reseda Blvd entrance to the Mohalland fire road trail.

How was it?
@metalslug266 жыл бұрын
@@bengoyetteIt was still dry, finished a bit before it started to rain. Also went again on Sunday when there was a brief period of no rain. But only went to the Foundation which is a bit past the Backbone trail enterence. One of the best trails to ride post rain.

Why you shouldn't hike with noise cancelling headphones.

So weird that there’s that many people out on trails with headphones in.. 😑

Outstanding . I was at the trail head at 6;30 pm on 10-21-17 . As the sun was setting thinking , I should wate for anther day and not try a new trail . as I would be in there in the dark and with no moon. But I had my new night ridder 3600 lums and my head lamp . and having heard about this trail for years and with about 6 miles of trail how bad can it be. As I could always turn around . with years of outdoors experience . So I went for it. Go big or go home. But a few miles into it I thought turn around . it got spooky . I kept looking at my G P S saying where is sunset blvd . the trail seem to keep going and going . it was assome ride not as fast as this video . but soooooo much fun.
