Thank you for this ride. I am recovering from bad motorbike accident and I am training with stationary bike in home. Watching your guys awesome ride with my iPad. You have very long ride, so I do it in 10-15km sections. Keep on riding and sharing these cool videos. Greetings from Bali, Indonesia.
These trails are pretty gnarly for XC. Looks like tough racing for sure.

I guess putting a go pro on the back of a Fiat Abarth cannot compare to this... Or on its sun roof... Amazing Captive Cruising... at the easy convenience of sitting on my couch. Seriously though how in the heck are you not scared cruising 16 KPH that trail. Or battling a 16 percent grade at 8 kph.... what the H man. Forgot about the mileage your going... it was hilarious to hear you say 1 / 10 the way... My hat is off to you.

Real question on the calibration chart what is BPM?
@bengoyetteАй бұрын
That is the heart rate in beats per minute (bpm)
@raco5754Ай бұрын
Which if your keeping below 150 BPM for this strenuous course... Man, you need adrenaline just to sleep.

I discovered this trail for myself just a couple of days ago, even though I've been riding in the LA area for a couple of years, and I can only agree that "it is worth every minute!" :) And as I can see based on the video and current conditions the trail is getting just better over time by getting more and more singletrack'ier :)

Do you have some more of your races that down have the rear view cam? I've been using videos like this in front of my tv on my exercise bike. This one would be perfect but, you added the look-behind camera edits?
@bengoyette8 ай бұрын
Without the rear cam? Is it disorienting?
@zelig17998 ай бұрын
@@bengoyette It just takes you out of the immersion. I know, sounds weird. But honestly, if you set up videos like yours in front of each exercise bike in gyms, their usage would skyrocket. It's like zwift but with a real pov camera. Have you never tried it yourself?
@bengoyette8 ай бұрын
@@zelig1799 my Swiss Epic videos don’t have a rear cam. Also, all my videos longer than an hour don’t have a rear cam anymore after the 1h mark because the battery only lasts about an hour.

I just came across your channel and have been trying to get my cycling endurance up. I really enjoy these beautiful landscapes and the heads up display you’ve got going on. I try to match your effort on my exercise bike and just pretend like I’m not staring at the wall. Thanks for the effort that goes into the edit as well as the race itself. Cheers from the U.S. I really enjoy your videos! Hopefully you’re okay and will upload more eventually. I don’t know how the seasons of these things works
