When I press the lock button 3 fast times (ignition on) to engage M2 and 55kmh it won't go into program mode. I don't get flashing lights. What am I doing wrong? Ps I absolutely love this device xxx

It's working again. I was confusing 'Top' button to mean the top button on my remote (it has three buttons). Of course the instructions really mean 'roof' button (in the car)...doh!
