There's also a program on github called Iconizer, which helps a lot with these sorts of things.

Wow, all I had to do was drag them in. I though Xcode might have a quick import feature but I guess not. There goes 2 hours...

this sucks! you would think apple would have figured out by now to automatically detect image size and place them where they need to be!

Thanks a lot for your video, but this is really stupid and annoying by OSX, its a shame and causes laughter how they manage to complicate everything!
