I passed with a 77. Study, take the course, then take a test cram course. The practice tests are your best friends, re-study all the stuff you get incorrect. I failed 2 practice tests, passed all the rest with about 78% and that is about what my national exam reflected. Good luck out there.

I was approached by nexa mortgage and went to one of their meetings. Sounds promising but I’m wanting to get a second opinion. Have you heard of them? And if so, what do you think of them?

Haven’t heard of them but I would recommend working with mortgage broker instead of a direct lender. This is my opinion though. I will make a video soon on why I chose to become a mortgage broker
