That 'unavoidable' AoE can actually be avoided. if you notice the pattern on the floor the 'gaps' between the more risen parts of the flooring have some water looking texture before the attack hits, simply standing on the heightend part of the mural will allow you to avoid it.

"The main tank can just walk behind and avoid all the hits".....main tank stands there and takes the hits. At least I had Vengeance up for that extra DPS while getting stabbed. I also find that running towards Greg when he is going to charge (as main tank) helps reduce the charge length, and reduce the amount of melees potentially hit.

If your spamming for card, its faster to keep 1 tether up for enkidu so you'll only get chickens once, and if you leave a healer chained and let em die it prolongs mechanics n makes the fight go by faster. Altho every healer will disagree :P

i think square should up the damage reduction on the AOE barrier scholar casts, it doesn't feel like it's doing much! :/

10% raid damage reduction is not bad. Combine it with other reductions like dragon kick and virus and it can save lives, or at least save some MP on heals
