I actually loved that episode. Sometimes people hate filler episodes in TV shows but me personally I do not mind. The episode was hilarious. Xena you can catch arrows I thought you be able to catch a bucket lol. I bet if she came to this world she can deflect bullets, maybe if catch them but she would not catch them head (palm facing the bullet) on because it would rip through her palm but rather she would have to time it right and close her hand around the bullet in mid-air just like what she does when catches an arrow.
