So it's been a while since I did one of these emulator tests, but recently Xenia got a new XMA decoder, which means the audio related crashes in NFS: Most Wanted and Carbon are now fixed, with the latter being playable!

@7ndrew Has anyone got the game to run without issues? I downloaded the file from the link above, but I am still getting bad audio when racing. I deleted any old version of Xenia, but I cannot fix the issue. What do I do? I feel bad for bothering 7ndrew because you have already been so helpful, but the game is ALMOST fully playable for me.

I found out that you can run this on Dolphin emulator on the NFS Carbon Wii version and it looks very close to Xbox graphics if you upscale the graphics on the emulator, but it is missing some of the music and character models in cutscenes. You can format an xbox controller to dolphin emu to work as a wii remote + nunchuck and the game runs well. An advantage of using Dolphin is you can save and load at any time, so if you are doing an annoying challenge you can save in the middle and restart if needed. If anyone wants an explanation or video on this, let me know.

isn't setting dolphin up pretty much just downloading the emu, then downloading the rom, then running the rom in the emu?

I'm still having trouble getting past the first race with cross. My audio still cuts off and does not load the after cut scene. I downloaded the latest Master Build off the Xenia Site, Edited configurations: draw_resolution_scale_x = 3 draw_resolution_scale_y = 3 vsync = false and used a Carbon Collectors Edition ISO. Do I need to be using a different version of Xenia?
