Yes. I had her when I had to fight Rosa and she made the fight into a complete and utter joke by soaking up everything Rosa could dish out with no trouble, and then one Healing Halo from Nia and the party was back to full health. IMO, Electra is one of the best Tank-type Rare Blades.
