Using Chain attacks to overkill an enemy for bonus xp is nice, using it on a Enraged boss about to wreck you is better 😆

I agree. Using it at the end is just wasted time to me. I would rather use it to do mass damages than “bonus exp”

I just setup the tank to move around so the enrage moves wont hit the party and combo it with field that has healing or dmg reduce and most boss wont 1 shoot you :)

For the break, topple, daze combo you can also change from “any combo” to “smash combo” which is to the left in the tactics menu. This will make the ai will prioritize these arts at the right time.

Tip is to set the combo from Zl Tactics window that you want them to do. Smash (break-toggle-launch smash) and burst (break-toggle-daze-burst) If you set this the AI wont use their abilities other when they do this combo, but they will still use other abilities :)

When describing short cuts you keep saying “hold L”, I think you might mean hold “ZL” yeah?

they need to add a pause feature in combat so you can carefully use moves that you want. like a tactics mode or something

The + map shows your current quest objective not the area you are in.

The dash was shown in the beginning of the Game if u watched/read the tutorials, press R3 and hold a direction with the Left stick

it's quick movement, it doesn't increase your dodge, just lets you get places quick in combat

for the last "tip" if you press "-" button in combat, your character will fight for you. so don't need to stay just in autoattacks. the "tip" about the combos, seriously.. the game have a special system to select the combo you looking for and your party will do the combo you want. don't need to keep changing characters to force that.
