Yes, correct about early receipt of this Iron man with gantry. I'm in California and I got mine 2 days ago from a Sideshow distributor. This was the very first time I can remember that Sideshow was distributing a release at the same time Hot Toys is in Hong Kong. There is usually a 4-6 week delay here in the U.S.

I just picked this one up diecast with Gantry for £300 which was an absolute bargain however I cannot seem to get the neck off to change into the Tony Stark head sculpt. I can get the helmet off no problem but the actual neck is not wanting to move. I cant get any good grip on it its very slippery and no leverage. Any tips?
