I honestly wish there was deluxe diecast figures that included more battle damaged parts. That’s the only thing I don’t like about these figures. They’re teasing you with just a taste of battle damage. 😂

Yeah, rewatching this scene I have noticed that the battle damage on neither of the two versions by Hot Toys stacks up to the damage in the film. The suit only had this much damage for at most two seconds (before Whiplash whipped him again). Also, if these figures are supposed to be 1/6th scale then why was the original so small? Aside from this I wish I started collecting Iron Man figures a long time ago.

This suit was one of the weakest armours tony had and the reason is that it was only used for emergency matters only and there for was less armourd and had less weapons. This suit can fly but only hover the reason is since it is a weaker armour it has less energy output.

When the mark 5 got damaged, one of the repulses was damaged and it stopped working, the arm that is like that i think is the repulse that stopped working

Both of the repulsors were damaged. Otherwise Tony would just blast Whiplash and the fight would be over. After both of the armor's weapons were down, Stark had to resort to meele combat.
