All these band attacks are amazing and the fact that some of them appear in Dissidia Opera Omnia with voice acting, it gives me hope that we’ll see even more of them in the future as more FF4 characters are added in and new attacks as well. There’s still about 12 fighters from FF4 to be added in with the different kinds of attacks that are available and yet to be added, it’s going to be amazing

Palom in the sky : Big Throw : Throw Palom Black Magic : Zap to enable Palom bounce to each enemy White Magic : Heals Palom after the zapping and Luca cought him before he falls into the ground Bluff : Palom tricks the enemies as if he got betrayed by the girls by getting thrown and zapped by mocking the enemies before the giant Zap and mocks them again after being healed

You don't get them. They exist inside the game's data but the only way to obtain is through cheat devices.

it just choose a person to band with and then if there a band you like you can use it without random chance

There some bands that require specific weapons like for example Call Me Queen, it requires Rydia, Harley and Izayoi to equip whips and Leonora should specifically equip this exclusive whip called the Queen's Whip for it to work, which is only bought in Palom's Tale and is bought in Mythril.
