Go see that scene the blast is enormous and right in front of cell he took the full hit what's really interesting is how much stronger cell was then vegeta and vegeta still manage to do that much damage it's a very powerful technique but missing his target wasn't the problem

@@JayNKnight Not really he could have not moved and not get entirely blown up. The frame before the connection we can see cell in shock not moving. As a reference to only part of him blow up on impact look at the power struggle between him and gohan his helmet type of thing, his wings and legs are blown up but his head and torso are intact. It's just anime they didn't thought about the impact and damage of the blast that into. In the gohan ssj2 Vs cell case it's even more apparent that cell didn't dodge as cell was trying to push his own Kamehameha to blow up the planet (this power struggle between gohan ssj2 and cell was their first not the second where cell gets completely destroyed by the father son Kamehameha it's before he blows himself up and returns)

@Unknown The Godly prominence flash was actually inspired from GBF, They just changed a few things to make it an og move for SSG vegeta, he has the same stance before the blast in the manga, they just changed the color and the position of his hands when firing it

Another thing to take into account with these 2 moves is how quickly the opponent's health depletes. Final Flash gets that damage rolled out much quicker!

Prominence flash is the same think as final flash made the same damage the only think diferent is: the colors and damage (in prominence flash the damage you take is slow but in final flash is faster the damage you make) Final flash is better

I want us to get the word to bandai. Ive noticed a possible unintended bug with both the new ults prominence flash and ribriane eternal love. When in a parallel quest i tested that even though the moves get the damage buffs by doing there respective requirements, if a cutscene plays like for example a new enemy flies in, the buffs apparantly reset and must be set up again. this is especially an issue with the ribrianne ult since it takes many pretty cannons to get ghe max damage output. I really hope this gets resolved because both ultimates are very nice to look at.

I personally think prominence flash is the better of the two, even in PVP, since you can follow it up with a combo, and you can usually land a beam super after most combos. All in all, if you can make the most of your time during the stamina break you can easily make up for that 1000 damage gap, and then some. Plus if your opponent's stamina comes back during your combo, they're in disadvantage. Granted putting your opponent in disadvantage isn't as useful after DLC 9, but it's still a plus overall.

I learned a good combo to do with blazing attack and its the vegeta kick combo with your male saiyan and than the moment the kick connects to your opponent do blazing attack and it works everytime

I still prefer prominence flash because you can chase directly after your opponent when the move ends. Also, this might work for both but prominence flash can again be used directly after x4 Kaioken Kamehameha of you don't use the second input.

Prominence Flash is faster because right before you do the beam in final flash, the forward charge makes it take longer than prominence flash. I checked myself in photo mode with a timer, and then I activated cpu ultimate BEFORE I used prominence flash and I still got my beam out first

I don't know. I just don't see using ultimates outside of a stamina break as cheap anymore. Not with so many evasives being 2 bars now, and the reduce stamina lost on blocking. The timid is pretty much taking over and people are being far more conseravtive with there stamina since they know they have a 2 bar escape anything now. In my opinion it's totally justifiable to no break ult these people and make them burn there stam. Most likely only gonna cost them the same amount as if they snap vanished.

The super attack final flash isn't available for cacs so you have to test it on ssbe vegeta and ssbe vegeta doesn't have revenge final flash. In short there is no way to make a direct comparison in damage cause you don't know the exact stats of ssbe vegeta
