You can’t use ssgss with power rush because meditation only gives enough ki to allow 10 bars exactly dropping you out of the transformation when activating power rush

I personally love moves that can be used on a Strike/Ki blast Hybrid build because, sure they may not get the most damage from a single attack, but they have so much versitility in moves they can use which can lead to some really nice synergies and movesets that can be used to combo however you like. Burning Strike is one of these moves because it's quick and accessable while being easy to land if you want to end a stamina break with some extra damage. If I had to keep picking I might pick Time Skip/Molotov since it looks cool and all you have to do is land the initial punch and it acts like a grab if it isn't blocked. I believe your opponent can't recover until they touch the bottom of the area so if you land it up high on the area you have some time to do other stuff as long as they don't finish the bounce when they land. If they finish the bounce they can recover right after that. Third ultimate I would say is Impulse Slash since it's rather underused and is far from bad imo Fourth is going to be a really bad move like Secret Poison if I were to run only a single Ultimate for damage and the other for really short stamina breaks so it deals extra damage as you fight. I don't like Innocence Bullet because it's always hard to land for me and the little dance looks dumb imo Fifth is most likely Power Rush because using it is like saying "I'm done with you" with how much damage it puts out. You would use it when you don't feel like fighting a person anymore or you think they deserve a quick L instead of a chance at a comeback. I would rarely use it if I could actually farm for it (no plus so no online) but I have to admit when I saw the AI try to use it on me while I was getting Fu's moves I nearly needed a new pair of pants because Jiren came out of the bushes at me and barely missed.

A good way to use Brave Sword Attack for me is to land a heavy stamina break then wait for your opponent to enter the panting animation and then use the attack, it doesn't leave too much open for you to use attacks after that but it's a guaranteed land granted your opponent doesn't regain their stamina in time to avoid it in the process.

What I like about Burning Strike is that you auto lock on to someone, so in a 2v2 with my friends (one is godly) I like to use it after my friend kills my teammate and his reaction is so shook 😂

When you use Power Rush, it will use all of your ki and you will turn into normal before attacking them so you cant get the SSGSS damage buff (even with meditation)

If you want to gain the skill "Power Rush" try joining the parallel quest offline with your own character and Jiren as support because it is his skill btw the drop will increase and it might take 1 or 2 tries to get it.
