This is one thing that confused me about xenoverse games. Nappa and Turles are in the top 5 of best ultimates. The semi weak characters have the most powerful moves in the game while Beerus and Whis moves are not that powerful and Beerus's ultimate is super slow and easy to dodge.

Kaioken x4 can be used in a knock back to so you can just press B(ki blast) Y(heavy hit) to knock people back and use it. Saiyans also have light heavy knock back that can be used a to set up the ult

I personally really like Serious Bomb as it does a shitload of damage AND you can land it without a stamina break. In fact, as long as the person doesn't generate 3 stamina bars they won't be able to evade out of it once hit by the first strike which is very fast.

Honestly, Emperors Death Beam is so overpowered. It does a lot of damage and freezes your opponent. As long as it lands and the enemy doesn't block/dodge, it will do a crap ton of damage. It also is really good after a stamina break or a physical combo.

My first impression of Meteor Burst seems pretty garbage in OFFLINE, the duration of the animation (whether you do the smile one or not) makes it really easy to dodge/stamina break you. Not to mention you cant even tell what your opponent(s) are doing when the animation plays. Angry explosion also seems pretty dependent on the opponent's location, and if you don't have the NPCs agro you can very easily miss due to your allies moving around. My top 5 ultimates for offline: 1. Super Nova Cooler (Best for Ki-spammer bar none offline, as long as there are other NPCs/players to tank for you) 2. Death Ball (Better lock-on than super nova cooler, decent damage) 3. Dodoria Launcher (Very hard to dodge, even if they dodge the majority of the damage they still will get knocked down by the last few hits about 80% of the time, also its animation is so long you can actually use it to guard against the longer ki spams in expert missions, also distracting the boss for your teammates to res others) 4. Divine Wrath: Purification (does a lot of damage, difficult to dodge, but no lock-on and will get you agro'd unless you're far enough) 5. Energy Zone (not a damage move, but provides invulnerability to a lot of Ki moves, and good healing)

Serious Bomb has huge damage, and if the first part hits, then enemy can only escape with evasive. Also the first part is damn fast so timing properly is enough without any sort of preparation or stamina break. However if first part misses, then you give a lot of time to do a stamina break. Another great move is SSR Kamehameha. Slightly slower, than Serious Bomb, and deals less damage, but stamina breaking is difficult. The move isn't the fastest, but after the first attack it's immune to ultimate breakers, and landing normal stamina break is much harder. Supernova Cooler. It has great damage, and move fast as hell as a huge ball. Probably the most accurate ultimate in game against enemies, that aren't targeting you.

Super Galick Gun is a amazing and op ultimate in my personal opinion. You can use it when in a combo as long as your opponent doesn't have more than two Bars of stamina and also can charge it when your opponent has their stamina broken and knocked down. Actually if you’re a saiyan, when u do the y combo after u smash them to the ground, z vanish to the them, then quickly unlock then x100 Big Bang, does about 28,000 damage if ur ki blast is over 100 when combined with 100 basic atk and after the combo

I wonder why final explosion never makes these lists, I mean I almost one shot SSGSS Goku with from full health, but I did have to use all my stamina and 5 Ki bars to do it but I wasn’t even in golden form (my top character is Frieza race) But one shoting an opponent is no laughing matter, and it’s range is nuts, capable of hitting multiple opponents at once

My Combo for divine wrath purification is to break my opponent's guard, Gravity Impact, and then Launch the move. after connection, I follow up with savage strike for good measure. It's a wonderfully brutal combo.

So I haven't tried it out online yet but I like sword of hope. It has multiple moves depending on the situation and as long as you can land the finishing slash you do butt loads of damage, I mean I realize it has flaws like the ki drain but you can cancel the move early to conserve ki. Idk I feel like it's the Swiss Army knife of ultimate. I also like assault rain, it's hard to dodge and hits multiple opponents, for those 2v2s where your team mate gets KO'd and leaves you in a 2v1 situation.

After a solid strike combo just make your enemy fly away after you're done. And then use 20x kaioken I dunno but it makes me feel very satisfied after using it! xD
