I feel sorry for you, if you had any shred of dignity you would have ignored Nexon as their main priorities are hackers, scammers, cyberbullies, and their whitelist. Legitimate players are treated like less than human. As Nexon has a patent to dynamically change your lootbox drop rates based on your ingame activities and to no shock to anyone, never for the better.

I suggest you find a video about the Maplestory drama if you want to talk about that. I'm only here to support the community playing the game now with up to date info. I have no interest in discussing unrelated topics, such as why you feel avoiding Nexon games is a good life decision. That's not going to help players understand the Astrologer talent.

What cards should I use for a damage build? Idk if I should use 5 offense cards or the 2 offense, 2 support, 1 control you've shown

5 offense. The +150 magic attack is better than any of the other cards or synergies.

Do you happen to know if the 5 crit from Celestial Conjunction ignores the crit cap? I can't find a clear answer

Yes. You can tell because it doesn't add to your critical stat in the character window when equipped with a scythe, which implies it is a different modifier than normal crit rate.
