Yknow, if you had a yuumi, you could start cull, get the yuumi to attach, then she could give you more shields and heals per auto attack, and you wouldn't have to worry about mana since yuumi gives mana, and if you build rageblade after shiv you could stack auto attack heals from her attach and the cull and get that double proc from shiv's on hit.

Mr. Theorycrafter here, no obviously the shiv is just on-hit, plus riot made the chain lightning a proc-damage so it doesn't interact with spell effects like liandry's for example. (Riot killing fun, this was added after everyone was chain lightning procing all spell effects possible in lane lol, it was fun while it lasted) Voids are categorized as a spell ability and not on-hit. Any item that says "abilities/spells" the voidlings will proc it.
