A little trick I found with Hwei is if he uses his QE on minions then uses WE for the extra mana attacks, the minions take a smaller burst of damage while burning from QE 11:48 oh wait he found out too

If ya want fastest combo do EQQ the first q has to be hold litle bit longer the game will register it as Another q press giving you EQ QQ with just EQQ

@@Shadhun98 I went right from no mastery to mastery 7 on Teemo, all S to S+ games, regardless of whether or not they were a win. Yeah, he's a good champ when people actually know how to play him. Which is to say, most people are bad with Teemo. It's hard to be bad at Yasuo/Yone/Akali etc., but it's easy to be bad at Teemo and other skill champs (yes, he is a skill champ, considering most people suck at knowing how to use Teemo). It's the same reason Lux is more popular than Ryze, despite Ryze mains eating Lux players for breakfast... people just suck at skill champs.

He'll probably end up over-buffed at some point. He's got 2.5 times more spells than anyone else, and getting the most possible out of him is inherently harder, which means there's lots of people dragging his win rate down....

Lol is it just me or is Hwei almost definitely based off of Painter from Brandon Sanderson's book Yumi and the nightmare painter? The book publication date and the champ release date overlap perfectly, the character figure and background are very similar, the long painter's brush as a weapon is used in both, even the colored skirt style pants he's wearing are similar ahaha

They should have made the ult adaptable as well. Like: R+Q increases single-dmg, but decreases the AOE; R+W halves the duration of the buildup but decreases the single target dmg; R+E slows enemies in the AOE zone and roots them at the end with the last blast?

BTW Zwag if you WE before you QE, each minion will still take the bonus damage as the first wave of the QE hits them, so it doesn't matter which order you do it in

been playing him a lot recently, and if you are beginner but want to learn him I suggest learning some set combos until you have a better understanding of using his skills reactively Burst R-QE-EE very easy to hit and can usually 100-0 most squishy midlaners QE-EE is easy poke with lane clear EW-QW is a good poke for melee mids because even if you don't land EW is can also be a huge zoning skill to get them off minion. And your WE is your cream of the crop for sustain mana and last hitting minions. Always try to fit it into to any combo. if you don't intend to use the shield or speed up.

I'm a weird person, complicated stuff is really simple to me, while simple stuff is very complicated to me. I understood his kit and started doing well with Hwei a few minutes after reading what his skills did, and yet to this day I can't play Jinx or Malphite good enough. 😅 The character has a lot of potential, and I don't think they will continue buffing him that much, soon it will become a matter of player skill and not character strenght.
